Imbalances in the gynaecological system are an impediment to conception. Irregular periods are stressful and the time of ovulation is difficult to determine. Menopause is a natural condition that can also cause uncomfortable imbalances in the body. Aromatherapy oils rose otto, sandalwood, bitter orange and cypress can help with menopause and herbal teas balance and strengthen the body.
Fertility and Menstruation Management
Irregular periods are a sign that the gynaecological system is out of balance. Regulating the menstrual cycle is vital to pinpoint the days of ovulation. Basal body temperature thermometer and chart kits help monitor the changes in the cycle and its length. Ovulation strips alert the chemical changes taking place in the body.
Life root, Senecio aureus, is a uterine tonic used for delayed or suppressed menstrual cycles. Use one to three teaspoonfuls of dried herb to a cup of boiling water and leave ten to 15 minutes and drink three times a day.

Put one to two teaspoonfuls of root in a cup of water and bring to boil and simmer gently for ten to 15 minutes. Drink three times a day.
